We offer straightforward, competitive tuition rates for all age groups. Our team will provide you with a complete fee schedule during your enrollment consultation. We accept payment via check, ACH bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Sibling discounts are available — ask us for details.

Minnesota Child Care Assistance Program

We Are a Proud CCAP-Authorized Provider

Minnesota's Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) helps eligible families with low incomes afford quality child care while parents work, look for a job, or attend school or training programs. The program is administered by the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and delivered locally through county human services offices.

Who Qualifies?

MFIP / DWP Child Care

Families currently receiving Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) or Diversionary Work Program (DWP) benefits

Basic Sliding Fee (BSF)

Working families, those in school, or job-seekers who meet income guidelines

Transition Year

Families who recently left MFIP or DWP and are transitioning to self-sufficiency

Income Eligibility

Basic Sliding Fee — entry level at 47% State Median Income.

Age Limits

  • Children up to age 12 are eligible.
  • Children with special needs are eligible up to age 14.

How to Apply for CCAP

  1. 1Contact Ramsey County Human Services at (651) 266-4444 or apply online at MNbenefits.mn.gov.
  2. 2Complete the Child Care Assistance Application (Form DHS-3550).
  3. 3Once approved, select Twin Cities Caring Center as your authorized provider.
  4. 4We handle the rest.
